About Me
At the age of 6, I lost some of my ability to speak, at the age of 16, I lost my hair due to alopecia, and at the age of 44, I suffered my greatest loss which was the loss of my daughter.

The path of overcoming began when I was just a child. After a terrible fright, I developed a stutter. My parents and I moved from the capital of Russia, Moscow, to a small town when I was 4 years old. At that time my mom was studying at the University in Moscow, and I stayed with my dad who worked as a veterinarian. One night I woke up when my dad was on night duty, and found myself all scared and all alone. Since then, I began to stutter a lot and treatments by professional speech therapists didn’t seem to help. When I was 26 years old, I decided to get a master’s degree in journalism in order to overcome my fear of speaking and that’s when I began to learn to speak without a stutter. Painstaking work with private speech teachers and sleepless nights helped me overcome my speech problems. Immediately after graduating from the University, I quickly got a job as a radio correspondent for a radio station, and later became a producer at one of the largest international Russian TV channels.
Another significant loss that completely destroyed my self-esteem and plunged me into prolonged depression was alopecia. Alopecia areata is total or partial hair loss that does not respond to treatment. Having suffered for 22 years in uncomfortable wigs, in which I hid my alopecia from people, I decided to create a community to support women with alopecia in Russia. The Alopetianka community was founded on April 5, 2014, and later became one of the most vibrant communities in Russia. We achieved so much as a community.
We aligned ourselves with the well-known company “Sephora Russia”, participate in a fashion show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week with many of our own alopecian women participating as models, a social video was shot, a documentary was made, numerous photo sessions and charity meetings for alopecian women were held. The community has helped many women to find freedom and improve their self-esteem.

At 43, I married my beloved husband and moved from Russia to the United States. Now my husband and I live in Texas.
In 2020, I lost my daughter in an accident. It was the most horrible loss in my life, which changed a lot in my life. After going through the unbearable pain of this loss, I decided to help people take their own steps out of the shadows of despair towards a bright and fulfilling life.
I really hope that my coaching sessions will help you make the necessary leap from stagnation, build self-esteem, improve the quality of your life and discover incredible possibilities.
With warmth and love,
